How long until I receive my order?

Return Policy
Domestic orders enjoy a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are simply unsatisfied with the product’s appearance or quality, we offer a full refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchanges are also available within this period.
Easy Returns
To save your time and streamline the process, we make returns straightforward. Simply follow these steps:
- Reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
- Repackage the item securely. Please ensure all original accessories, tags, and proof of purchase are included.
- Ship the package via your local post office.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, we will process your refund.
What happens next?
Replacement Orders
If you opt for a replacement, we will email you a new order number. We will notify you via email once the replacement item is shipped, providing you with the tracking information.
Store Credit
Should you prefer store credit instead of a refund, we will email you a unique credit code. This code can be applied to your future purchases at checkout. We will include the credit amount and its expiration date in the email.
Refunds
The entire return processing typically takes up to 10 business days. After approval, it can take an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
- Refund to Original Payment Method
- The refund will be processed back to the original account used for the purchase. This will appear as a credit in your account, which you can use for subsequent purchases or request a withdrawal to your linked bank account.
- Refund to Credit Card
- For credit card transactions, the refund will be credited back to the same card used for the original purchase.
- Refund Processing Time
- The processing time for refunds is determined by your bank or card issuer. While most banks process refunds within 2-7 business days, some may take until the end of your billing cycle to reflect the transaction. If the refund appears delayed beyond one week, please contact your bank to inquire about their specific timelines.
- Cancelled Account or Card?
- If your original account or card has been cancelled, please contact your bank immediately to inform them of the pending refund. You can then discuss alternative arrangements with them.
- Refund to a Different Card or Account?
- As refunds are a direct reversal of your original payment, we can only issue the refund back to the same payment method. This method ensures the fastest and most secure return process.
