How long until I receive my order?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Customized Items: 5–10 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Times

Standard Shipping: 6–12 days to all major destinations.

Expedited Shipping: 4–7 days to all major destinations.

Standard orders will be processed within 2–3 business days.

For customized items, production time is 5–10 business days, as each garment is fully handcrafted from scratch in our workshop.

Standard shipping is available for all orders.

Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days to all major destinations.

HOW DO YOU TRACK YOUR ORDER?

We will send the tracking number to your registered email address immediately after your order is shipped. Please make sure your email address is correct when placing the order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized orders (including blank products), except for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY SHIPPING CHARGES IF I RETURN AN ITEM?

Standard return policies apply.

If you return an item, you will receive a full refund excluding original shipping charges.

If you exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, we will not charge extra shipping fees for returning the item to a domestic address.
